Suffering from Dysentery
I am suffering from pechis from last one day. How can i recover fast? Please suggest medicine.. Note. I am allergic to norfloxacin, tinidazole ,ofloxacin , ornidazole like all oz , tz family medicines... Please help? What should i do

Take tab azee 500mg od for 3days along with antacid. If dehydration is there then u can take ors liquid. Prefer soft non spicy diet
