Suffering from fever during pregnancy
I have been suffering from fever from last two days...took dolo 650 yesterday on doctor's advise. But now fever got started again. Iam in my first trimester of my pregnancy. Kindly advise what should i do and can i continue dolo 650 course..and is it safe during pregnancy.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Drink plenty of fluids.
