Suffering from hiatal hernia and gerd
Hi , I have undergone endoscopy for 3 times(attached report)and found Hiatal hernia. Please suggest dose it require surgery? I am taking Sompraz l and not facing any burning sensation, but facing heavy chest discomfort. Consulted cardiologist for chest pain and all tests are normal including chest X ray and confirmed no cardiac related issue. But still I am facing chest pain.

As per endoscopy looks like Hiatal hernia and wide gastroesophageal junction. Chest pain is due to acid reflux and not cardiac origin.
