I can feel it's not mascular pain..it's exactly starts from the sides where we keep our hands for exercise n all.. Please advise what it can be and how to treat it. Thank you.

This pain is neuromuscular kind of pain. It is associated with compression of nerve at lumbar level due to disc prolapse.. Sometimes local inflammation around nerve root can also cause this problem..
Next Steps
I will suggest you to go for MRI of Lumbosacral spine. You can take complete bed rest for now. Also start with one muscle relaxant with analgesic, take pregabalin, calcium supplement, hot fomentation,  analgesic ointment to be applied locally at the site of pain....
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, avoid sitting down, avoid Indian toilet..
