Suffering from mental anxiety depression
I am suffering from panic attacks . I feel insecure most of the times when i think of going out of station alone . I remain very upset most of the times . I feel alone and when i am with my friends also their is fear inside me that something will happen to me i am not safe i have to go home i am not safe outside.

You can take care of your sleeping, eating and exercising by maintaining a regular schedule and that will help lower down the anxiety to some extent.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
