Suffering from neck pain
From last 2 months i developed pain in wrist, arm and upper back, i thought this might be due to lifting weight. Later I went to neurophysician who asjed me to get my vit d level tested. My vit d level was too low- 5 ng/ ml also cspine cap lateral xray came normal. it has been 3 weeks taking 60000 ui vit d a week and 6lak unit arachitol inj once and 5 meaxon inj for vit b12 . Still the pain has subsided but i got it back yest again this time neck pain along with back pain and in collar area ,arm pits and also in upper arm. Can this condition be treated. Should i need more tests
