I am suffering from neck pain so I have done x ray of neck . reports are below plz help me do I am suffering from cervical spondylosis

Ur neck pain is due to cervical paraspinal muscles spasm, which may b due to bad posture ,weak cervical paraspinal muscles. U needs detailed evaluation for your correct diagnosis for proper treatment,

Xray appears to be fine . Pany a times ita a postural pain . If there is no associated radiation of pain along the arm/numbness/weakness in the arm or no history of trauma or fever associated then conservative treatment in the form of neck exercises , posture care and physical therapy will help

Not exactly every case of neck pain is cervical spondylitis. Need to know where is the pain ? How it started? How it gets better or worse?
