Hello sir, Bleeding gums is due to inflammation of gums. Inflammation of gums is the basic cause for bleeding. If no proper treatment is done gingivitis my lead to periodontitis which will cause recession i.e apical migration of gums . Root exposure Bone loss And mobile tooth. So proper treatment is required which is scaling and root planning. Followed by self care like correcting your brushing technique . Aggressive brushing can also cause gum bleeding. Brush twice a day, use mouth wash twice. Floss your teeth. And gargle after every meal.

No toothpaste and mouthwash will help you heal it untill the internal infection is not gone. You need deep scaling and root planing along with curettage, as there is underlining infection situated in gum tissues. If due to pyorrhoea your tooth may have loosen up you have to go under tooth extraction also. If your gums have receded below a certain level you may have to ho under gum surgery which will help your gums level to come to it normal position. Please visit your dentist. He/she will prescribe you a medicated mouthwash, gum paint and antibiotics if needed, after the treatment. Follow up should be kept with the dentist according to his/ her advice. Take proper care. If will be cured.
