Suffering from vertigo
Head reeling, not able to sleep on right-side. Sudden movement of body causes head reeling.During sleep if side is changed unknowingly sleep gets disturbed.

You seem to be suffering from condition known as Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Diagnosis can be made by dix Hallipike maneuver.. Consult near ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment
