Suffering from vertigo
I am mentioning two particular situations when i felt like i am about to fall down .
1. When i walk around 2 to 3 kms i felt some disturbance in my head like vertigo
2. When i go to shopping mall , after roaming some time there i felt the same disturbance in my head like vertigo.

These signs can be neurological.

You need to first make sure these are investigated. Go to a neurologist and or ENT surgeon
