Suffering neck and shoulders pain

Can be due to incorrect posture, high pillow, soft mattress. Medicated Oil Application (mahanarayan, Castor oil etc) , hot fomentation, neck and shoulder exercises, correct posture will help. Few Ayurvedic medicines can also be taken if its severe.
