Suffering with abdominal pain. Reports.

Hi doctor, I'm 28 yrs old. I had pre marital sex with multiple partners which is un protected. It's been two years I have taken many serology tests like HIV 1&2, hsv 1&2, chlymydia, gonorrhea, vdrl taken all those tests in ictc and private labs. Recently last June I repeated all tests and the report is non reactive. I'm undergoing abdominal pain and burning sensation while urination with discharge. Now my crp value is high which is 15.86. I'm into depression for last two years. Now pre diabetic and hypo thyroid is initial stage. I really don't know what to do. Now my penile foreskin has like Fordyce pimples. I'm worrying alot. My amalyse level is 134. Please help me with guidance. I have attached my reports. Thanks in Advance
