Suffering with back stiffness.
Hi, I'm 27 years old .I'm suffering with back stiffness for last 6 years.i can't live active life.i feel stiffness, weakness and numbness throughout day. My blood is normal and MRI shows lumber lordosis and l4-l5 disc herniation but doctors says that you don't have disc problem or spine related problem.your spine is absolutely fine but I feel something going wrong with my lower back.i tired everything like neuro,ortho, physio But problem is still there.last I had done physiotherapy for 50 days but no progress in my situation.i don't understand what is problem? Is physio treatment I have done is not enough? Is chiropractor is gud for me? Or I should go with physio again? Plzzz help me...
