Suffering with dry tongue from 3days
Hi I am facing dry mouth issue from 3days onwards, I never faced this type of issue previously, after drinking so much of water also not helping me and my sugar report is also normal but still facing issue who is the correct specialist I need to meet to get rid of this dry tongue issue
