Diabetes, hypertension , cholestrol and obesity are all part of metabolic syndrome. And sugars and triglycerides have direct connection. So need need to treat the triglycerides as of now. First thing to do is start lifestyle changes with diet and exercise. Following with good diabetes control. Liver enzymes are again part of fatty liver and that in turn part of diabetes
