Two month ago my fa had a bad allergic reaction. .IgE was 595 IU/ml & TSH 4.57. With medication it went away. And from last one week he feeling pain in joints of knee toes shoulder wrist. The sugar tested He's taking Metformin & Thyroxrine Sodium tablet recently he is fainting after a work. Please help.

There are multiple issues Diabetes, Hypothyroidism and Polyarthritis along with fainting episodes. Fainting can be because of low sugar, high BP or some cardiac or Neuro problem. You need to provide details about his medications and fresh reports.
