Sugar level not going down
Hello Sir/Mam, My father is undergoing treatment for covid 19 as he is positive. He is currently in home isolation. His sugar level is 245 in fasting and 365 after 2hr of meal. He takes insulin at night. His Spo2 is 95% and body temperature is 97.1F What medicines should we use to low down the sugar level. Please guide. Thanks in advance.

Insulin only at night won't be helpful.. He needs good glycemic control for early recovery.. Monitor sugars on glucometer and accordingly insulin can be given
