Can anybody tell me a nutricious diet as we r living in Bangalore so vegetables r not at all fresh as it looks weekly once we will have sambar dosa.we r Bengalis mainly. We will only have rice on Sunday other days chapatti but husband gained weight a lot near to 100 although he stopped having fast foods since past 1 year suggest remedy we r having sex problems for this weight gain.

Hello.... one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle  change  . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti...  Avoid  junk food, oily food items..  Exercise  regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least  seven  to eight  hours..  Medically  BMW more than 30 is considered  obesity.. One should plan to loose around 1kg per month ,rapid weight loss adversely affect your health,
