It think its an wart...it may be single or multiple on different parts of the body...here u r having pain after combing ur hair so u have noticed it there might be chances of others present in other part of your body...its an viral disease...and it cause when ur immunity is low...if u apply any modern medicine then there is a chance of recurrence...i have seen a patient of recuurent wart in the same spot after cauterization...so its better to use these Ayurveda medicine to stop these to happen again n again...
Next Steps
1. Tab kanchnar guggul 2 tab twice a day 2. Tab Navak guggul 2 tab twice  a day 3. Tab septiline 2 tab twice a day 4.Thuja ointment for local application 5.Kombadnakhi for local application...u have to make a lepa of these after rubbing these herb on some hard surface and apply over there In morning if u r using Thuja ointment then at night apply Kombadnakhi...
Health Tips
It is on scalp surrounded by hairs so when u apply these any lotion u have to be carefull to apply these lotion only on wart..because it cause slight burn in that area... another tip as it is viral disease so its spread from one person to other...so the comb used by you is not used by other member in ur house
