Suggested skeletal metastasis
My female relative, who had breast cancer and had under gone mastectomy, has been having trouble speaking. PET scan report says Hypermetabolic osteolytic lesion involving the manubrium sterni on the left side with associated hypoenhancing peri-osseous soft tissue is most probably suggestive of skeletal metastatis. Multiple tiny non FDG avid solid angiocentirc subplueural parenchyma nodules is both lungs appear suspicious for pulmonary metastates.
