Hello , this is rajath, am 24year old, actually am going for regular yoga classes from past 4 months, and now am planning to join a regular gym classes, so my question is that , going for both yoga and gym daily is that okey or its harmfull, plz suggest me on this....thank you

It's absolutely ok to follow both. Why don't u plan one day of each alternately. Cos yoga and gym both have their set of benefits. And if u really wish to pursue both then can do a morning and evening shift according to ur comfort
