Suggestion of medicines
Hi ....female...34yrs...did blood test bit d is 8.39....normal is considered 20....checked wid two drs...both adviced different medicines...calshine 60k n other dr suggested upreise d3 60k...which one shud I take?? Plz help

Both the medicines contain the same amount of Vitamin D, they are just different brand names. You can take either of them, make sure you take them in the right does for the recommended amount of time.
