2 parts rice, 1 part yellow moong Dal...wash...dry in sunlight...roast...grind in a mixie....make very fine powder ..store this powder in an airtight jar in the fridge...
Whenever you want to feed the baby..take 1-2 teaspoons of this powder and 1/4-1/2 tsf of ghee...heat in kadai....when light brown, add water and little jaggery and a pinch of salt to make porridge... should be semisolid in consistency...
Feed this home made porridge four times a day...do not force, do not restrict...you can add mashed fresh fruits to this..some times you can also add boiled and mashed vegetables...
