How long can a lady can consume folic acid 5mg ? As I m planning to conceive n my doc has prescribed me.. I am having it from last 8 mnts n I feel so lethargic, sick, body pain drgness...Do I need to stop taking or its happing due to some other reasons...Plz suggest...

It can be because of other reason. Do blood test for levels of folic acid. And Consult gynecologist.
