Suicidal and self-harm.
Have no control on my thoughts. Feel so.much angry all of sudden, when in anger i do self harm, beat myself wiyh belts etc. Suicidal thoughts. Don't know what am doing.

Anger is an emotion, normal to everyone like other emotions. But if some emotions are affecting negatively than one must address them very carefully. Professional help can provide you opportunities to understand your emotions, how they are functioning and why you are facing problems. Psychotherapy can help you learn strategies to handle your anger related problems. Actually it is not easy to explain everything here, because things which looks very small to us, may be hiding lots of core conflicts inside. We need to address them too.
