I'm having trouble of thinking negative thoughts and suicide. Also I always view myself as worthless and not capable enough. Then also my moods changes constantly. Just yesterday I'm in my down mood, like I thought of hanging myself. And I always thinking I'm always left behind whenever i think about any kind of accidents.
