What is the best time of taking sunbath in winter season and in this month what are the times in which a person can enjoy sunbathing safely

Winter is good season  to take sun bath and vitamin D. To get good amount of healthy sunrays and vitamin D, 10am to 1 pm time interval is good.40 mins of exposure is usually sufficient.

long exposure can lead to tanning meaning skin may get darkened.
