Meet with your dermatologist and get it properly assessed. You might need a short course of oral steroids along with antibiotics. But this cannot be prescribed without examination . Please get it properly examined by meeting with your doctor. OR you can send details of your ongoing treatment with pictures of current problem through online consult. Hope this is helpful.
