Supplement interaction
I am taking the below supplements. Which should I use, which should I take out. Only really health issue is slightly high cholesterol, and a bit overweight (5'8" 180 lbs). Fish oil was recommended by my general doctor. I do not have the strength of the pills: - fish oil - cinnamon - green tea - ginger - turmeric/curcumin - ginko biloba (have not started using this one) - protein pills (have not started using this one)
