I am a college student who is doing moderate bodybuilding and I am eating healthy but not able to cover all the nutritional requirements.So I am planning to take these supplements to help me with the bodybuilding. Please advise on how to take these so that I can digest and absorb it well (like before or after food etc.) without any stomach issues or so:
(I tried once taking all these just before dinner and it felt kind of heavy and slightly uneasy in the stomach.)

Please advise on how to take these. Please do mention if these can be taken as post workout and if so how.
