I'm a working woman and i hardly get time to invest on myself. I want to know that apart from food , should a woman needs to take suppliment or protein powder for better skin hair and body. If yes. Could you please help me with suppliment names.

Hi..as you told you get less time to invest on your self...see to that you invest qualitatively. Likewise the food you eat need not be more in quantity but more of quality ,a balanced diet..Add a portion from all nutrients to your diet,but with less quantity.Not everyone require supplements unless there is an increased demand by body like pregnancy,lactation(breastfeeding),menarche(starting menses)etc

Protein may or may not be necessary...but females are more prone to the imbalance of hormones because of irrrgular menstrual cycle...all these points have to be cleared before prescribing some thing

It is sufficient if you fallow the healthy diet as explained in AYURVEDA..
To simplify have balanced diet with food and water. Your food should contain ghee, milk and all the tastes..
Lots of fruits vegetables and water fulfill all your body requirements.
Along with morning walk in empty stomach and exercise and if possible yoga will add on benefits to you..
And one more important thing is hot water bath after simple coconut oil application over body which increases your body immunity..

There is no need for any suppliment of your age group. Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables.add good quality of proteins in your every meal. Invest little time on your health. Plan your food.avoid junk food. Take sunbath at least half an hour.You will get Vit -D through it for your bones and hair. Take some time for yoga& other exercises. Good Health need proper time & food management.
