A complex cyst definitely needs to be evaluated further and needs to come out, it may be harbouring an ovarian cancer. The surgery can be done laparoscopically, if suitable... Please consult for further advise

Complex cyst of ovary could be endometriosis or cancer. We need to do further evaluation with Sr. CA 125 levels and HE4 testing. Based on report either laparoscopy or open procedure with fertility preserving approach can be taken up.
