Suspect of UTi and lower abdomen pain

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi i have taken urine culture and sensitivity test with no growth obtained in culture after 48hrs of incubation. Ive had lower abdomen pain and cramps and burning urination for which im taking urispas and citralka. Today i still havent found any relief . Please assist
