Suspected carcinoma?
Patient is 80 yr old female having yellowish discoloration of skin, nausea, fatigue, loss of appetite. She is hypertensive and under medication. Sodium level is also less than normal. LFT is not normal. Suggested to take CT and MRCP. Also experiencing mild abdominal pain occasionally in RT hypochondriac region. Doctors are telling about CA cancer and cannot go for surgery because of age. Other treatments are also not possible. It's a suggestion from a surgeon. Pls advise me regarding that in brief. Thanks

Age and general counsel condition play important factor in treatment. But she requires evaluation for the type of cancer.
Next Steps
