There are many causes of headache and it may be stress related also. If you are not able to sleep it is going to make your headache worse. A detailed history is required to cure your issue as you have some psychological issue of not being able to trust anyone. Kindly consult a good counsellor but you need medication as well so you should go to a homoeopath also who would take your full case history and would relieve you of your issue permanently
