Swallow between the breast
My wife got slip in house by water on floor. So, she got hurt on my front side of my body. She having pain in the middle of breast and right side of hand, both thing are in pain. There is little bit swallowing between the breast and can not stretch the hand

first step is to check the injured area is  having discoloration or not , obvious  swelling or not, more tender by touching or not, breathing easy or not, trunk can be moveable in all directions or not,  if above symptoms are present meet an orthopaedician immediately. if not keep a ice pack and take some rest . Meet a physiotherapist near by your area they will do first level assessment and guide u properly or treat you also.
