Your tooth has mostly become brittle. Get an x ray of the tooth to see the extent of any infection if present. If any caries / infection is still there then go for RCT otherwise if ur tooth is brittle and any infection is not there then go for a cap /crown over the tooth to save it from further damage

Please get the filling redone. Even if you have no pain you still need to restore the tooth to the right form and function. If you neglect it you will face bigger problems with that youth in the future.
