My father had a major cancer (floor of mouth) surgery in nov 2014 at throat area (mandible and febulla flap). after radiation, he is not able to to swallow food or liquid from his throat. he has a RT tube from which liquid food goes to his stomach.
its being around 2 yrs where is not able to swallow nor able to speak properly.
I am looking for a swallowing therapist who can help him to swallow food/liqiud and speak properly.

I would suggest you to consult your father's Oncosurgeon to suggest the team of support staff to help in rehabilitation & retraining your fathers reconstructed throat.
