My wife is suffering from lips pain due to swollowing on both lips she has problems to speak and eat.

Hi.. proper history is required for such type of swelling. If there is no relevant history then she can take anti allergic medicine eg levocitrazen.

Are u saying that she bite on her lips accidentally?if yes then take tablet lysoflam two times a day for 3 days after meals.

A proper clinical evaluation is required to ascertain the cause of your problem. The right treatment can be suggested only after the right diagnosis has established.
Alternatively you can post the clinical pictures of the affected area on Practo for an online consultation with a specialist.
