Swealing in ankles
My daughter is having swealing in her ankles by misstep and banged with a wooden chair and she also stopped her first aid during her problem because she thought it is fine. But today I noticed that it is there till now. She is also not having any kind of pain now becauseshe applied a gel on it is it a serious problem

if swelling occurs apply some ankle supports.
see local ortho if it continues after all bove measures fails.
