My daughter 3 n half month( dob 13/3/2018) has on off episodes of sudden sweating and watery palms and soles lasting for few mins , about 6 to 8 episodes per day. Palms and soles become very watery otherwise she is active and normal. I observed this since 20 days. Her heart rate is 150/ min , rr 60/min during that episode, she has got neck holding n rolling over. Passes urine 12 to 15 times per day and stools 1 or 2 times per day. Her weight is 4.9 kgs, ht 61 cm , head circumference 41 cm . Her birthday weight was 2.5 kgs. Please suggest . Why is this happening. Is it anything serious. What investigation have to be done .My paediatrian told it's physiogical. Thank you.

Sweating is a normal phenomenon and varies between individuals.
If baby's active physically and passing urine normally, relax.
Her weight gain is very good too.
Ensure a gap of atleast 3 to 3-1/2 hours inbetween feeds, don't wake her up for feeds.
Also,keep her in cool surroundings.
Keep in mind that if these episodes are during feeds, get her examined by your paediatrician.
