Yes botox is gold standard treatment for palmar hyperhidrosis/ sweating and its completely safe if done by safer hands
There can be slight weakness of wrist movement but chances are minimal and temporary hence its important to choose a good injector who can prevent this side effect as its because of nervous injury
Painful it is!! So ask your doctor to use a good numbing cream before you proceed for the same.
At times you can get bruises
All these side effects are minimal and temporary
