HELLO, CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN MD. TILL THAN, TAB TIDE 5 ONE ON ALTERNATE DAY.FOR SIX DAYS THAT IS 3 TAB TAB NIMPREX TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS OR AS REQUIRED. TAB BE RELAX 0.25  AT NIGHT FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS REGULAR OR INTERMITTENT. OK.
