Sweellon painful piles and constipation
I have piles internal and external both and had to go through the severe pain throughout the day.
Tried many treatmeants but nothing provide relief and it’s getting severe.
There is no blood but swelling is so much that the tissues never go back into there normal size and they remain outside of my anus area.
I have to push them inside when I came back from loo.
Need adise on permanent treatment

Piles/Haemorroids
usually enlargement of piles/haemorroids is caused by constipation
use
oint Haemolit twice/day
Looze syrup 10ml/twice per day
you can eat and drink anything but make sure you have vegetable and fruits (fibre)
water 3lt/day
walking for 30mins/day
so that you can pass motion without any trouble
