I have a swell (pimple) on my right upper eye lid which is not painful nor red. It’s been a month and I used to warm compresses to reduce the swell but I did not see any positive results. Please suggest

Hello
Your symptoms are suggestive of chalazion
Treatment
A. Medical management includes warm compresses followed by lid massage with index finger tightly from up to down followed by application of aziyhromycin ointment over lid margins
B intralesional Kenacort injection
C incision and curettage is option which is quick
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better
Regards
It can be a Chalazion. I would suggest you to get it checked by an Ophthalmologist and if the doc says its Chalazion opt for Intralesional Triamcinolone Injection and not for Incision and curretage. Till then continue with warm compression
