Swelling and pain above knee
Little pain and swelling from yesterday morning above the knee area. Also yesterday it seems to be some swelling in palm. BUt its gone today

You can take a pain killer for now and try cold/hot water fermentation. Visit a rheumatologist if the symptoms continue since you might have arthritis.
