My jaws have been swelling and it has lead to serious pain now also my jaws make a crackling sounds while moving and now my face is being swelled

You seem to be suffering from temporo Mandibular joint dysfunction secondary to dental problems. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use analgesics, hot compresses, and soft diet for few days
