Swelling in body

I have excessive swelling in my knees and legs and also a little around my elbows. i have been facing this problem for more than 5 years now. i have consulted many doctors but no benefit has been received. the swelling around the knees looks abnormal. i am very worried as it is getting worse. Due to this i also experience pain in my knees. Also my energy levels are almost nil. i feel lethargic all day. please guide me as to which specialist should i consult for the same.
