Yes u take Veinflux-sc tab from Aurux pharma,one tab twice a day after food. It is food supplement. Noni syrup two tsf twice a day on empty stomach . Include ginger,garlic,cinnamon,jaggery,till seeds,flaxseeds,lemon,in ur diet everyday. On a lying posture lift ur leg up one by one and keep for as long as possible 5 min. Do this ten times eac leg.and do for twice a day. If necessary u can apply Mahavishagarbha taila for pain relief no massage.just hot water bath or mild fomentation with hot water is useful. Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and sprouts.daily.
