I am diabetic patients taking enristas 2mf ..from past 2days having swelling in gums ... attached my x-ray need expert opinion

Hi..based on x ray, you need gum treatment (deep scaling or laser). It will reduce gum swelling. Medicines will also be given. You have initial stage of gum disease (pyorrhea). No need to worry. It is a common dental problem and can be solved.

sir i think left lower might have slight inflamation .kindly go for deep cleaning that's it

Keep your diabetes under control to stay away from gum problems.Maintain oral hygiene.rinse with warm saline water.Use fluoride based mouthwash.Take metrogel two times a day and doxy two times a day.Alcohol is a strict no with metrogel.Massage your gums.
